    Die cutting machine, steel plate hot stamping machine, chase plate: The hot stamping machine can evenly distribute the pressure of the hot stamping machine to the entire surface during the hot stamping process, eliminate local pressure deviations, ensure clear and sharp edges of complex patterns, and avoid problems such as incomplete atomization of gold and silver foil hot stamping. The steel plate of the die-cutting machine is the key carrier of precision die-cutting technology, usually made of high hardness alloy steel, which is heat-treated to ensure that the cutting die does not deform during high-speed stamping. Its surface needs to be ground to mirror level flatness, and precise drilling of dual station positioning pin holes (one round and one diamond) and matrix screw locking holes is required to achieve millimeter level alignment between the tool mold and the equipment. The key design lies in the honeycomb shaped vacuum adsorption pore group, density, and the use of a negative pressure system to absorb the printing material, eliminating cutting displacement; In the edge area, weight reducing through holes are distributed to ensure the structural rigidity and bending strength while reducing the self weight rate, suitable for automated mold changing systems.

     

    Chase plate material

    The material requirements for automatic die cutting chase plates are high, as they have to withstand high temperature, high pressure, high speed, and high frequency impacts and friction, while also ensuring flatness and hardness.

    The commonly used materials for die cutting steel chase plates include stainless steel, which is a corrosion-resistant alloy steel containing elements such as chromium and nickel. It has good heat resistance and wears resistance, but has low hardness and is suitable for flat or circular flat automatic die-cutting machines.

    Manganese steel: It is a type of carbon structural steel with a high manganese content, which has high strength and toughness, can resist impact and fatigue damage, but is prone to rusting. It is suitable for automatic die-cutting machines for circular pressing.

    Imported material: With ultra-high hardness and wear resistance, it can adapt to various types of automatic die-cutting machines.

    The key mission of the die cutting steel plate remains unchanged: to transform the designer's drawings into physical entities that are not inferior to millimeters with certain rigidity and very flatness. It silently carries, but defines the upper limit of quality. On the contrary, the die cutting steel plate will determine the scrap rate of the product.

    According to the characteristics of the processed material: material hardness and wear resistance: cutting corrugated cardboard, cardboard, adhesive and other relatively soft materials, steel plate wear is slow. Cutting materials such as plastics, composite materials (especially those containing glass fiber, carbon fiber, metal foil, etc.), leather, rubber, and other materials with high hardness or strong wear resistance will significantly accelerate the wear of steel plates. The abrasive components in materials, such as sand particles and fillers in cardboard, and reinforcing fibers in composite materials, can accelerate the wear of the blade like sandpaper. Adhesive/Coating: Adhesives or coatings on certain materials may have some corrosiveness or increase friction, accelerating wear. When cutting ordinary paper/stickers, the lifespan of high-quality die cutting plates can reach millions of times.
